We offer a range of breads - sour dough, ciabatta, multi-grain, white, rye, wholemeal, paninis, rolls, ficelle and ciabattini. They are made in the time honoured tradition of un-hurried mixing, kneading, proofing and baking. Our sour dough is the most natural bread available with a pronounced flavour and crunchy crust, and our new wholemeal sour dough is amazing.
We have many standing orders and are happy to make speciality breads such as challa, focaccia, black Mediterranean olive, hazelnut, raisin etc.
The delectable pastries and cakes you see are crafted from traditional recipes and truly are a self-indulgent, taste sensation.
We are happy to quote for large orders of bread, pastries or cakes and gateaux. We are more than pleased to supply your restaurant or cafe with a range of our artisan products.
Our shelves are lined with the products we have created, such as jams, marmalades, chutneys, curds, relish, sauces. Cornucopia's branded products have a loyal following with many items now being ordered from customers in Auckland and the Hawkes Bay.

In addition to the wonderful array of freshly baked pastries, cakes and meals, Cornucopia offers a range of frozen ready-to-eat meals and dishes. Take them home, defrost, reheat and eat - it's as simple as that. In addition we offer a selection of seasonal dishes of the day.
