We offer a fresh approach to cooking with exciting classes and demonstrations in our own operational kitchen. Tony Austin is a highly regarded, qualified lecturer with extensive knowledge of working in the hospitality industry. A veteran with 15 years teaching experience at national and international level, Tony will inspire you to cook with imagination, passion and enjoyment.
Classes are presented every second Wednesday from 6.30pm to approximately 8.30/9.00pm. Each attendee is provided with recipes to take away and will also enjoy a three course meal from the evening's demonstration. It is a relaxed and casual setting, and many people come for the night out to meet like-minded foodies. Others come to learn specific methods, while others just come for fun and laughs. Whatever your motivation, Cornucopia on Cooking is inspiring and enjoyable.
We also provide private cooking classes are a wonderful way to get friends together, excellent for team building or something different to do on a birthday. Groups of eight to ten can be accommodated with class subjects tailored to your requirements.
